Who we are
The Royal Horticultural Society is the UK's leading gardening charity dedicated to advancing horticulture and promoting good gardening.
Our goal is to help people share a passion for plants, to encourage excellence in horticulture and inspire all those with an interest in gardening.
Find out more about the RHS and how we work
Support our work
Horticultural science, plant trials, garden advice, education, improvements to our gardens, flower shows and gardening events are all at the forefront of the Society's charitable remit. But as we receive no government funding and members' subscriptions only provide around a quarter of funds needed for our charitable work, we rely on donations, legacies, sponsorship and volunteers to help continue with our vital work.
